Size up every kart. Nail every stop.
Pit Helper is a live strategy dashboard for SWS Endurance teams. It connects to Apex Timing Live Timing to plan pit stops, track kart performance, compare competitors and call your endurance karting strategy in real time — the whole crew on one screen.
A karting pit stop software and pit wall dashboard in one: the SWS Endurance dashboard reads the timing, rates every kart and manages your pit lane — so you make strategy calls from live data, not a gut feeling or a scribbled list.
Everything the karting pit wall needs.
The full toolkit for a quick-change endurance — no laptop, no setup, no guesswork.
Pit-lane dashboard
Lay incoming karts out in lanes, colour-coded by rating. Set a capacity per lane and see the whole pit at a glance.
Live kart rating
Every kart scored 1–5 on clean pace, with the driver's skill factored out — so a fast kart shows through no matter who's in it.
Kart forecast
See when each kart frees up and how good it is, spread by level — so you time your stop to catch the best machine.
Net standings
Your true order once the mandatory stops are counted — so you fight the right car, not the one the raw timing parks next to you.
Nearest rivals
The car ahead and behind on net time, with catch-up and defend ETAs — know exactly where the fight is.
Live track map
Every kart on a schematic of the circuit, moving at last-lap pace — read the whole field in a single look.
Wet mode
One tap when the rain comes: ratings switch to wider bands and count only wet-session laps, never mixed with the dry.
Auto by lanes
Round-robin assignment that spreads karts across the lanes on its own — hands-off when the pit gets busy.
One shared board
The whole crew on the same live board — pit wall, driver-change and strategist always looking at the same call.
Trackside to decision, in three steps.
Hook up the feed
Point Pit Helper at your race's Apex Timing. It opens in the browser on any phone or laptop — the crew just follows a link.
Watch it grade
Every lap sharpens the picture: karts earn a grade, lanes fill up, and net standings, forecast and the track map keep themselves current.
Make the call
When the pit opens, swap onto the quickest kart on the board — and everyone's looking at the same call at the same second.
What is an SWS Endurance dashboard?
An SWS Endurance dashboard is a live board that reads Apex Timing, rates every kart on track and lays out your pit lane — so you swap onto the fastest kart from data, not a gut feeling or a scribbled list.
| By feel | On paper | Pit Helper | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rating a kart | A hunch | A written guess | Rated 1–5 on clean pace |
| Recent pace | From memory | Buried in notes | Read off every lap |
| Planning a stop | React when it opens | Rough guesswork | Forecast, a step ahead |
| The whole crew | Word of mouth | One clipboard | One live screen |
One plan, everything in.

Built in the pit lane, by someone who races there.
Pit Helper is made by Denys Tantsiura — an endurance karting driver from Cherkasy, Ukraine, racing the SWS Endurance series since 2018 and a two-time Ukrainian Endurance champion (Buro 11, then Justini Racing Team).
It started as a rough tool he coded mid-race at the Haskovo 12H+4H — just colouring karts and laying them out along the pit lane. That one feature helped the team win the next day's 4-hour. A sharper version later took a podium at the 25-hour in Kyustendil. It's the same board he runs on his own pit wall.
