Everything the karting pit wall needs.

The full toolkit for a quick-change endurance — no laptop, no setup, no guesswork. Here's what each feature does, and open “How it works” for the detail under the hood.

Live kart rating

Every kart scored 1–5 on clean pace, with the driver's skill factored out — so a fast kart shows through no matter who's in it.

How it works
  1. Clean pace first. For each kart it averages its N best clean laps — traffic laps and mistakes don't count.
  2. Kart vs driver, split apart. It estimates every team's level (its “ballast”) and subtracts it, so the grade reflects the kart, not who's driving. Blue 5 = fastest … red 1 = slowest.
  3. Confidence dots show how much clean data backs each grade: red = little, green = lots, ✎ = you set it by hand.
  4. Surprise-aware. If a kart's pace suddenly shifts from its own history (team effect removed), confidence drops and the grade adapts faster.

Pit-lane board

Lay incoming karts out in lanes, colour-coded by rating. Set a capacity per lane and see the whole pit at a glance.

How it works
  1. Each kart that pits drops into a lane; the card is coloured by its 1–5 grade, so the best machine is obvious.
  2. Give each lane its own capacity (the “− N +” stepper, ∞ = no limit) — the board mirrors your real pit layout.
  3. When your team pits it takes the front of a lane; you drop the departing kart back in.
  4. Three modes: Manual (you place each stop), By lanes (auto round-robin) or Random pool.

Kart forecast

See when each kart frees up and how good it is, spread by level — so you time your stop to catch the best machine.

How it works
  1. From every team's stint timing it predicts when each kart will pit and become available.
  2. Karts are plotted on a timeline — up = better grade, right = further away — so a glance shows the best machine in your window.
  3. It reads that against your own pit window (min/max stint) and tells you: pit now, hold, or wait for a better kart.
  4. Hover a dot for the kart number; click it for that kart's full stats.

Net standings

Your true order once the mandatory stops are counted — so you fight the right car, not the one the raw timing parks next to you.

How it works
  1. Set the mandatory pit count and pit duration.
  2. A team that has pitted fewer times still owes time = (required − done) × pit duration.
  3. That owed time is added to their race time and everyone is re-ordered → your real position.
  4. So the leader on the raw screen who still owes two stops drops behind you — and you race who you're actually fighting.

Nearest rivals

The car ahead and behind on net time, with catch-up and defend ETAs — know exactly where the fight is.

How it works
  1. It takes the car just ahead and behind you in the net standings.
  2. It compares your clean pace to theirs — “you gain/lose X s/lap.”
  3. Ahead of you and you're faster → “catch in ~N laps.” Behind you and you're faster → “safe — pulling away.”
  4. At a glance: who's the real threat, who you can catch, and who you've dropped.

Live track map

Every kart on a schematic of the circuit, moving at last-lap pace — read the whole field in a single look.

How it works
  1. Each kart is placed on the track by its lap progress and moves at its last-lap pace.
  2. Faster karts pull away and gaps open up on the map — you see the spread of the field at a glance.
  3. Dots are coloured by grade, so the quick machines stand out.
The map uses a clean circuit outline; kart positions are by lap-percentage (approximate), not GPS.
7

Wet mode

One tap when the rain comes: ratings switch to wider bands and count only wet-session laps, never mixed with the dry.

How it works
  1. Tap Wet and the model starts a fresh, separate wet dataset — dry laps are never mixed in.
  2. Grades use wider bands (rain flattens kart differences, and the driver matters more).
  3. Switch back to Dry and your dry model is restored exactly as it was.

Auto by lanes

Round-robin assignment that spreads karts across the lanes on its own — hands-off when the pit gets busy.

How it works
  1. Each kart that pits goes to the next lane in rotation: 1, 2, …, N, then back to 1.
  2. It's deterministic, so kart identity stays exact — the full rating and forecast keep working, just hands-free.
  3. Optional skip-driven: shift to the next lane if the front kart is one your team already drove.

One shared board

The whole crew on the same live board — pit wall, driver-change and strategist always looking at the same call.

How it works
  1. Connect once; everyone else just opens the same link — nothing to install.
  2. Our server relays the timing feed and syncs the pit board across every device to the second.
  3. Pit wall, driver-change and strategist see the same decision at the same moment, on phone or laptop.
